Left 4 Dead Update: No Mercy
I managed to finished No Mercy last night with a few of my friends on Expert. It took about 2 hours to get through the whole campaign. I believe that some of it is about the spawn of enemies you get and how soon you have better weapons. The hardest level to me and my friends was the Subway. It is hard to move around and fight a Tank and most of the time we would have to deal with two of them. We got lucky with our last try on the subway and the tank spawned at the end of the level. It was only a matter of having one of my friends be bait while I ran to the safe room. With great sacrifice comes great reward.
The sewers started off to be a problem until we had a tank spawn at the beginning of the level. My friend “Goose” had us run back to the safe room and we dealt with the tank from there. When wee used the lift I had the team use the same tactic and we dealt with the large horde. The rest of the level was a cake walk.
The hospital was easy to handle, with bottle necks and tight spaces to deal with on coming hordes, the only problem was fight the tank. We managed to deal with the tank and the move to the roof.
The Roof Finale was the simple of all the levels thanks to the Jesus Room. Everyone made it to the on the helicopter and we all got the achievement Zombicial Maniac!
